Fran’s stuffed calamari

Clean squid, wash in cold water and set aside
 
Stuffing
4 cups soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 small can chopped olives
2 eggs
salt & pepper to taste
2 cloves minced garlic
olive oil to moisten crumbs

Mix all ingredients until blended. Mixture should stick together, when ready, stuff squid loosely and secure top with toothpick. Drop squid into your favorite marinara sauce and simmer for 30 imns. When making sauce, you can add squid tentacles to the sauce at the beginning.
